Devotion

Shirdi Sai Baba believed that devotion to God is the path to spiritual advancement and liberation. He taught that true devotion requires surrendering one's ego and serving others with selflessness. According to Baba, a devotee should aim to cultivate love and compassion for all beings, seeing the divine in all. He emphasized the importance of inner transformation, saying that outer rituals and ceremonies were of little value without a change of heart. Baba encouraged his followers to constantly remember God, to be content with what they have, and to trust in the divine plan.
